Bemerkung:   Es handelt sich um einen Katalog der anlässlich der Ausstellung "Gilbert & George", die vom 8. bis zum 13. Oktober 1970 im Gegenverkehr, Zentrum für aktuelle Kunst in Aachen stattgefunden hat. Der Katalog ist eine Reproduktion des Künstlerbuches "To be with Art is All we ask" von Gilbert & George, das im gleichen Jahr erschienen ist. Im Archiv befindet sich ein Exemplar, das Jean-Christophe Ammann am 14.10.1970 in Köln von Harry Biggin erhalten hat. Dieser hat zahlreiche Anmerkungen und Wortübersetzung auf Französisch handschriftlich in dem Heft vermerkt. Das Exemplar wurde in die Bibliothek des MMK überführt und trägt dort die Signatur 89/779a. In der MMK-Bibliothek befindet sich zudem ein weiteres Exemplar. // This catalog was published on the occasion of the exhibition "Gilbert & George," which took place from 8 to 13 October 1970 at the Gegenverkehr, Zentrum für aktuelle Kunst in Aachen. The catalog is a reproduction of the artists' book "To Be with Art is All We Ask" by Gilbert & George, which was published in the same year. In the archive there is a copy which Jean-Christophe Ammann received on 14 October 1970 in Cologne from Harry Biggin. Biggin made many handwritten notes and translations into French in the booklet. The copy was transferred to the library of the MMK and has the call number 89/779a. There is also another copy in the MMK library.
