Bemerkung:   Die Ausstellung ""The Paintings" (with Us in the nature)" von Gilbert & George im Kunstmuseum Luzern fand vom 20.05. bis zum 25.06.1972 statt. Während der Ausstellung wurde auch die "Singing Sculpture" durch Gilbert & George aufgeführt (Einladung JCA1GILB028). Anlässlich der Ausstellung erschien anstelle eines Kataloges ein Künstlerbuch mit dem Titel "Oh, the Grand old Duke of York" (JCA1GILB205). Mit einer Erläuterung von Jean-Christophe Ammann und einem Text von Barbara M. Reise sowie 35 wiedergegebenen schwarz-weiß Fotografien als Fotofolge. Insgesamt befinden sich 20 Exemplare der Einladung im Archiv. Ein Exemplar wurde händisch überarbeitet, indem mit schwarzem und magentafarbenem Filzstift Rahmungen in das Layout eingesetzt wurden. // The Gilbert & George exhibition ""The Paintings" (with Us in the Nature)" at Kunstmuseum Luzern took place from 20 May to 25 June 1972. During the exhibition, the "Singing Sculpture" was also performed (JCA1GILB028). An artists' book entitled "Oh, the Grand old Duke of York" (JCA1GILB205) was published on the occasion of the exhibition. The artists' book contains an introduction by Jean-Christophe Ammann, a text by Barbara M. Reise and 35 reproductions of black-and-white photographs as a photo series. In total there are 20 copies of the invitation in the archive. One copy was manually revised using black and magenta felt-tip pens in the layout.
