Biographische Hinweise:
1928: Die Stadtbibliothek wird im März fertiggestellt und eingeweiht. Davor gab es drei verschiedene Arten von Bibliotheken für die Öffentlichkeit; Pfarrbibliotheken, Arbeiterbibliotheken und sogenannte öffentliche Bibliotheken.
