Biographische Hinweise:

Nach der Übernahme der Druckerei 1745 war Johann Gottlob Immanuel Breitkopf ab 1762 auch als Verleger und Musikalienhändler tätig. 1754 führte er beim Notendruck ein neues Verfahren ein, den Typendruck; Inhaber von: J. G. I.
